REAL BUSINESS
Interns receive an immersive experience with building either our non-profit, or our for-profit partner organization, Efficiency First
From global marketing, sales, finance, legal, human resources, operations, organizational efficiency and more. There is opportunity for both domestic and international job focus and best of all, it is fully remote!
REAL EXPERTISE
Interns have the capability to focus on their specific area of focus. We provide the company and the structure and work closely with the interns to ensure they gain the real world experience they need to move into their field. We prioritize giving interns the autonomy to shape their experiences, fostering a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Each role requires strategy, market planning, role definition, milestone planning, leadership and organizational efficiency management with other departments either across the globe or in a domestic market.
INTERN FOCUSSED
Our internship program is centered on the success of the interns, recognizing that their achievements drive both our global nonprofit and our partner for-profit company forward. Interns play a crucial role in our growth, with each position, deliverable, and milestone contributing to the overall success of the organization. While we start with a three-month unpaid internship, every intern has the opportunity to transition to a paid role, reflecting our commitment to their development and potential.

Internship Lifecycle
Interns begin with a minimum three month commitment to an unpaid internship. After which they will have gained an associate title in their specified role. As they progress from 3-12 months they have the opportunity to move from manager, to director, to VP with the possibility to transition into a paid internship role, while at the same time gaining leadership experience through actively managing other beginning interns.
